Married Laundry! A Bridal Shower Card

I was feeling creative this week so I though I would try another bridal shower card. I usually don't have this much time on my hands, but why not take advantage of it. This one should make any bride to be smile.

Just a little something to let the bride know what she's getting into.  I say make him to the laundry, ha ha! All of these cuts came from Sweethearts. I love the little clothes lines I saw on baby cards, so I thought I would try one too. I had one sheet of this paper from Kasier Craft that I bought for Valentine's Day, and it worked perfect as this card's background. I like that little strip on the bottom. Too bad it the strip will only be on this card because it's a border that ran along the bottom of that sheet of paper. I had to use my Xyron to glue bows and cloths pins down because the were so tiny. Running cuts through my Xyron makes it so much easier to evenly glue down those little bits of paper. Plus it helps me to keep track of them since they are all stuck to one sheet once I run them through.

I entered this card in the Papercraft Journal Challenge, Anything Goes/Favorite Challenge and the KB Cute Monday Challenge #15,  Anything goes. Using my Cricut is always my favorite way to craft!

Hope you like my card. Happy Crafting!

  1. Very cute! I love how you have the "him and hers" on the corner. I agree 100%, not only should the man kill the spiders in the house but they should do the laundry also! lol
