For my project I was inspired by these gift tags.
I picked them up at at CVS for $.75, and I though I could do something with them. Of course I didn't want to use them as the obvious gift tags. I though they would make great embellishments for my cards.
This one is really easy. I started with the striped base from My Minds Eye paper, then the Snowflake paper which is from My little Shoebox. That red patterned paper is from Making Memories Valentines line Love Notes. I don't know where the green polka dot came from, it just happened to be in my pile of scrap papers.
Eventually I plan to make a card for each of the tags, but I think I'm off to a good start. And now for my blog candy! Since this post is about using some embellishments, I 'm giving away a bag of embellishments!
There are some stickers, brads and index tabs in here, and I'm throwing in this cute Zva Creative reusable bag too. To enter please follow my blog, and if you have facebook follow me there too. Then leave a comment on this post letting me know that you did.
I hope you liked my cards! Your next stop is Rochelle
